Cancellation Policy
At Simply Balanced, we understand that schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, in order to ensure that we can provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly request adherence to our cancellation policy: Notification Requirement: Clients must notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling needs at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly via phone, email, or through our online booking platform. This will allow us to offer your appointment slot to another client seeking treatment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost. This fee compensates for the time reserved and the potential inability to fill the appointment slot on short notice. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be charged the total cost of the appointment. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the management in cases of severe weather, illness, or other extenuating circumstances. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
